In this episode we discus what I believe to be a secret weapon
of mindfulness; Curiosity. By bringing Curiosity rather than
judgement to our thought patterns, it can bring great awareness to
how we are thinking.
It can also stop us from going down a rabbit hole of negative
thoughts as we feel guilty for having a negative thought in the
first place.
We also have a short meditation practice about bringing curiosity
to our thoughts so I recommend finding somewhere comfortable to
enjoy this episode.
